Our Approach

STEP 1: INCOME GENERATION

Income Skills Training: We offer vocational training tailored to women’s needs and local market demands, preparing them to generate income through various trades.

STEP 2: PERSONAL FINANCE & SAVINGS

Financial Literacy Training: We educate women on budgeting, saving, and managing finances effectively to empower their financial decision-making.

Savings Groups: We form savings groups where women pool their savings, access small loans, and support each other in achieving financial goals.

STEP 6: IMPACT MEASUREMENT

We carefully track and measure the results of our programs to see how they improve women’s lives. This helps us make our programs better and ensures we are open and honest about our work.

STEP 3: BUSINESS SKILLS

Entrepreneurship Training: We provide training on business planning, marketing, and customer relations, helping women start and manage successful ventures.

Value Addition Training: We teach women how to add value to their products or services, increasing their competitiveness and profitability.

STEP 4: INCOME GROWTH & FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY

Access to Markets: We create opportunities for women to access wider markets through networking, market linkages, and marketing strategies, expanding their customer base and income.

Access to Capital: We facilitate access to financial resources such as grants, loans, and seed capital, enabling women to invest in and grow their businesses sustainably.
